Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the cancellation is made after the 24-hour window or if the appointment is missed without notice (no-show), a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply.
Please respect our specialists’ time and efforts in providing you with the best service.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
